Victorious Aatrox Concept Art
Got the privilege to design this years Victorious skin during my internship at Riot! This was pretty challenging mostly due to the inevitable similarities with Justicar Aatrox (extremely similar color palette and shape language) but I learned so much while working on him, so huge thanks to my team for all the support on this guy!
Early on I really liked the idea of him having a floating laurel crown, but ultimately due to rigging constraints and it looking a little weird in top down, we had to change directions.
Had to ditch the idea of a blue blade due to the similarities with Justicar Aatrox!
Explored so many ideas for his horns!
